Our History

Chef Dani (the mom), started Casa Paris with a vision to share her food knowledge, happiness and flavors to their surroundings in their greater Houston Area, the Woodlands, Magnolia and Conroe.

Chef Dani’ is a “Chef Table Stylist, a Chef Instructor, a Sommelier and a Mermellier. A MERMMELIER is to OYSTERS as a SOMMELIER is to WINE. She also attended the Culinary School of San Francisco de Quito because she was in love with the local ingredients of Ecuador. She always says that she is fluent in English and Spanish, which is her native tongue, but she also speaks "food" very fluently.

Chef Dani has worked for Celebrity Cruises on their Baltic Itineraries, where she travelled to Sweden, Croatia, Denmark and other countries. She also visited Montpelier, France where she cooked in a kitchen that belonged to Napoleon. This experience was favorable for her, because since she is petite, she could perfectly fit in that cozy and tiny kitchen where Moules and Foie-gras vastly improved her palate.

She has been the head of several elevated catering companies. A kind professional with experience as an instructor In Sur La Table, Iga and Young Chefs Academy. A detail oriented and a culinary innovator with an exceptional knowledge of the Cuisine History, her passion, is culinary culture, worldwide etiquette, a creative soul cooking from farm to table.
